All items purchased that are "made to order" may not be returned unless they are deemed faulty or have been damaged in transit ( see delivery policy for further information).
The item(s) must be delivered back to us with the original packaging with the security tag untampered with. This will be inspected before any refund is made. We reserve the right to inspect all returned products prior to agreeing to any part-refund, full refund or product exchange.
All items available in "Ready to Wear" will have the option to exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the garment. An exchange or refund will be granted if the security tag and the dress have not been tampered with. If the dress is unsuitable and the guidelines have been followed please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a link to follow exchange and return instructions.
The return must be accompanied with proof of purchase, for a full refund (not including delivery charge). Alternatively, collection of the product can be arranged through our nominated carrier, please call us on +44 800 246 5126 for help with returning an item. We require the return of the products within 7 days of the refund request being made.
Your refund, once accepted will be processed within 30 days.
