Delivery & Shipping Policy
All items purchased will be dispatched via courier to your delivery address, and will require a signature as proof of receipt.
Delivery times following dispatch will be dependent on your specific delivery country.
All piece creation times quoted on www.miashan.com are given only for general guidance. In most cases we are able to dispatch the pieces to you within the times stated and, where we anticipate that this time may be extended, we will contact you to inform you of this delay.
Delivery charges will be detailed and added to your order at point of checkout and will vary depending on your country of delivery.
Transit time to your delivery address by our courier will be advised on dispatch but in general the following transit times will apply:
All UK orders will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch in accordance with our couriers terms and conditions.
Orders placed for delivery outside the UK will be completed within 10 days in accordance with our couriers terms and conditions.

Tracking My Order:
As long as the correct email address has been entered into the system for your order you will receive tracking information for your parcel on the day it is dispatched.
If your order arrives and the parcel is damaged you must check your parcel before you sign for it to make sure that nothing is missing. If the parcel is missing an item(s) due to it being damaged you must reject the parcel and state your reason of (missing items due to damage) with the courier.
If your parcel arrives with no damage, but items are missing, you must make us aware of the missing items immediately so this can be looked into and resolved. This is very rare as our parcels go through a checking line before dispatched, so please make sure you double check the items you have received against your order before contacting us.
It is important that you check your pieces upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us within 5 days on email@example.com quoting your Order Reference and a brief description of the issue so we can investigate, failure to do so within the 5 days of receiving the pieces may result in us being unable to provide a refund.
